Bo Bunny Glitter Paste Tutorial with Elaine
Hi there!
Elaine was playing with some of the new Bo Bunny glitter paste recently and I roped her into sending me some photos to share with you all!
This product is so pretty, and comes in a variety of colours.
Elaine pulled out a few of her favourite masks to show you a variety of looks.
It shows up great on both light and dark papers - you have to love that versatility!
Here are a few close up shots....
I know it can be a little hard to tell in the photos, but this glitter paste is just so shimmery!
Below are a couple of winter pages, Elaine created using the silver glitter paste.
Beautfiul, right? Just the perfect accent to these pages!
Thanks so much for joining us today!

Sketch-y Friday with Team B, and a new relase of SCT!
Hi there!
Another Friday, wow can you believe how fast this month is going? Today is the first day of Spring and I am so excited! I am dreaming of warm days and hoping to pack away the winter wear real soon! Our final Spring retreat of 2015 is just one week away, we are looking forward to seeing all of our retreaters!
Anyway, on to the business at hand, here is your sketch for this week....
And here is your lovely Team B inspiration!
Here is a run down of our Sketch-y Friday rules. Just link up your creations in our sidebar to be entered into a random draw
for our monthly
prize. You have until March 29th, at midnight to participate in any of this month's sketch
challenges, each linkup tool will remain open until that
date!
If you are playing along with more than one challenge you will need to link each of them up via a separate blog post for the link up tool to work. (International participants may be required to pay some shipping fees.) Good luck, we cannot wait to see what you create!
*note - If you are playing along using Flickr the team will no longer be leaving comments, due to changes in Flickr policies and passwords. However, we will be checking out your entries for sure and you are definitely eligible for the prize draw. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
In other news, the Spring issue of Scrapbook and Cards Today, is available now with a minimum purchase!
Did you know we have our very own SCT model?
For those of you that do not know, this is Elaine's daughter, Zoe, the photo was taken at the recent Crop & Create event! Isn't she the cutest?
Thanks for visiting!

Punctuation as Embellishments - Tutorial
Hi there!
Laura here, sharing a new tutorial here today, I thought I would share a fun little tip about using up those alphabet sticker punctuations and symbols. They make really great and coordinated page accents.
Most alpha sheets have lots of small circular elements, like periods and the dots from i's and question marks etc. plus lots of great symbols like brackets and @ signs.
I used a lot of the little round period-like elements on this page, much the same way that you might use enamel dots. I topped them off with some Liquid Glass for a little dimension and impact.
I also like to use ampersands and @ signs for quick and easy accents.
I have shared these pages before, but wanted to note that I have used the punctuation stickers in unique ways.
it is super convenient to have matching stickers to use in this way and the traditional way, plus I feel like I am getting more bang for my buck.

Mini Gift Box Tutorial
Hi there!
Laura here sharing this fun little tutorial today. It is a simple little gift box "how to" that has no cutting and requires no special tools! Gotta love that right? And we can all use a sweet little gift box at some point or another through out the year.
Let's get started, you will require a scoring tool of some sort, whether you use your cutting or a Martha Stewart scoring plate like mine, it doesn't really matter, and an 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper.
Stat by scoring across the width of the paper at .75", 4.5", 6.5" and 10.25".
Then turn your paper so that you are scoring along the length and score at 2" and 6.5".
Now work from the centre score lines and score to the outside edge of the paper.
Your score lines should look like this.
Next crease along all your score lines to make them nice and pliable.
Add some adhesive from below the diagonal score lines and running toward the outer edge of the paper.
Begin folding the sides inward to create a box / bag shape.
Your paper should now look like this.
Repeat on all four corners to attain this look.
Add soem adhesive to the triangular areas.
Open up the inner area so that there is a bit of a open area in the centre. Press the adhesive onto the sides.
Your box / bag should look like this.
Now you can do the fun bit and start adding details and accents to the box. Like some patterned paper.
Then I added ribbon handles anchored with brads.
And a little coloured digi, but of course you can add anything that you wish to the front of your project.
