Cancellation Policy (Effective May 15, 2015)
Crops: 24 hour notice of cancellation is required for full refund.
Only 50% refund will be provided in the case of less than 24 hour notice being provided.
If payment was not made to secure the crop space in advance, a
cancellation fee of $12.75+hst will be charged with less than 24 hours
notice of cancellation.
Retreats: Retreat payments are non-refundable.
